Chris Evans is officially off the market! Captain America actor Chris Evans has revealed that he has tied the knot with his girlfriend of two years, Alba Baptista. This was done in two private ceremonies. During the New York Comic Con on Saturday, he announced this news and displayed his wedding ring.
Evans, 42, said that he and Baptista, 26, had one wedding on the East Coast and another in Portugal, where the actress is from. He described both events as “wonderful and stunning”, and he stated that he and his wife enjoyed their wedding.
“It’s a lot to plan a wedding. For those of you who are married, you know it takes a lot of you,” he said. “But now that we’re through that, we’ve just enjoyed life, gearing up for autumn, my favorite season. Now we’re just having fun and reflecting.”

Chris Evans first meeting with warrior nun
He met Baptista in 2021 on the set of the Netflix series Warrior Nun, where she played Ava Silva. After being spotted several times, they confirmed their relationship in November 2022. A source told People magazine at the time that they were “in love and Chris has never been happier.” His family and friends adore her.”
Baptista is a multilingual actress who starred in the film Mrs. Harris Goes to Paris and won the Shooting Star award at the Berlin Film Festival in 2021. It was in 2018 that she served as a volunteer at an orphanage in Cambodia as part of her humanitarian work.
Evans, who was named People’s Sexiest Man Alive in 2022, previously dated actresses Jessica Biel, Minka Kelly and Jenny Slate. His future plans include concentrating less on acting and more on other interests, particularly film directing and producing.
